What happens at the free consultation?

A: You will have a chance to meet Dr.Mahmood and discuss your needs and concerns.
After a clinical examination Dr. Mahmood will explain which options are available to you and the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Costs will also be discussed.
There is no pressure for you to accept the treatment .

Who will carry out the treatment?

a: Dr. Mahmood will carry out all aspects of the treatment from start to finish.

I am very nervous and have had a bad experience with previous dentist, how can you help?

a: I'm very experienced with treating nervous patients. I have a very patient and gentle approach to patients. In addition I am trained to offer sedation techniques for the very nervous patients.
I have also over 20 years  experience in hypnosis and NLP when required. In my experience most patients want to be treated like patients rather than just sets of teeth.

What options are available for payment?

All major credit cards are accepted. In addition 12- 18month interest free credit is available, dependent on type of treatment.

Can the cost of treatment change once started?

Generally Dr.Mahmood has a policy of fixed price treatment. In all instances a policy of giving clear information in advance to patients is operated.

What about aftercare?

A comprehensive guarantee and aftercare plan is provided.

Can i talk to other patients who have had treatment by Dr.Mahmood?
All the cases shown in the portfolio are patients that have been treated by Dr.Mahmood.
Meetings can be arranged to discuss their experiences.
